Destruction Construct
Lapel pins with recycled off-cuts randomly soldered on, representing the rubble following attacks on Gaza we have come to see daily on our screens. 16:9 is a standard television screen size. There are 144 pins, each 16mm by 9mm, placed in formation 16 across by 9 down. To depict the snatches of colour seen in the rubble, I added red, black and green enamel paint to the whitish grey soldered silver.
